40 Modern Studies (flute)

This book has been written with the aim of familiarizing the flautist with a wide range of styles encountered in today's music. Each study deals with a particular aspect of playing, ranging from jazz and rock to contemporary classical music. They are short to maximize the focus on style. The studies have been compiled in order of difficulty to enable the player to evaluate his or her progress.
