Under the FAQ list is a field for users to submit issues and/or feedback.
- If a product is out of stock can you order it in for me?
Yes. Please make contact with us and we will order the product for you and let you know when it is available.

If your order is placed before 4pm EST on a business day, it will be shipped the following day and will arrive within 1-5 business days. The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email.
Refund & Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.
Primarily, we ship within Australia & New Zealand, however we are more than happy to process international orders.

- What is my wishlist?
Make sure you remember the books you're considering by saving them to your wishlist. This is easily done by clicking the 'Add to wishlist' icon, which is found next to the 'Add to basket' button on each product. To view your wishlist, go to 'My Account' and click 'My Wishlist'. Here you can keep track of all the items you saved and the items you've bought that you previously saved to your wishlist.
