- If a product is out of stock, can you order it in for me?
Yes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. We will order the product for you and let you know when it is available. Please note that out of stock items can take several weeks to arrive in our warehouse.
If your order is placed before 12pm AEST on a business day, it will be shipped the same day and will arrive within 1-5 business days. Tracking and express postage is available for an extra cost at checkout.
Refund & Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Let us know by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchase may be accepted at our discretion.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.
Primarily, we ship within Australia & New Zealand, however we are more than happy to process international orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this with us.

- How do I sign up?
On the top right of the page, click on the ‘Create an account’ button or click here.
- How do I change my account settings?
Click on your name in the top right of the page, and then click on "My Account". Here you can update your details such as payment information and your address, and change your password and subscription details. If you can't find what you're looking for, please leave us a message using the contact form below.
- Lost Passwords
Click "Forgot My Password" on the login page to receive a link to reset your password. Please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
- What is my wishlist?
Items saved to your wishlist will stay there until you remove them, so you can find them easily later. Just click 'Add to wishlist', which is found next to the 'Add to basket' button on each product. To view your wishlist, go to 'My Account' and click 'My Wishlist'.
